We started by looking at what GovRadar actually uses presentations for: meetings with municipalities, public utilities and state authorities, product demos, webinars, committee submissions, trade fairs. That defined the scope of the slide library — not a catalogue of nice-looking slides, but the slide types that come up again and again in daily work: process and workflow diagrams, responsibility and role charts, product screenshots in the right frame, before-and-after and metric slides, reference and logo pages, trust and compliance slides. Alongside that, we built the master: every layout, colour, font and object style set up in the new design, so the formatting is done before anyone touches the first slide. We didn't just transfer the corporate design — we thought it through for PowerPoint: a dedicated icon set, matching chart and table formats, a clear approach to imagery, and rules for how much colour to use where.
